DorEdge Controller 12V

The DoorEdge Optosensor Controller is a Safety Edge single processing and monitoring unit which interfaces between the Tx and Rx optical sensors and the Motor controller unit. The system is continually monitoring for compression of the doors rubber profile as well as cable faults.

Marantec Optosensors – for Marantec Safety Edge Device

The optosensor is an optical transmitter receiver kit which fits into a hollow rubber profile which is mounted on the leading edge of a door. Any contact with an obstacle that causes deformation of the hollow rubber is identified by the door operator as an obstacle. The door stops and reverses.
